What is Keyturn Gaming?+
Keyturn Gaming is an independent slot-game studio. We build bright, characterful slots that publish on Stake.com and Stake.us.
What's the difference between Stake.com and Stake.us?+
Stake.com is a real-money platform available in some regions. Stake.us is a social sweepstakes casino — no purchase is necessary, you play with Stake Cash (SC) and Gold Coins (GC), and sweepstakes play is not gambling. Which one you use depends on your region.
How do I play your games?+
Sign up on Stake using the Keyturn code (see Our Stake code), then search the game name in the casino. New titles are listed on our Games page as they go live.
Depositing & getting set up
How do I create an account? (step by step)+
- Open the sign-up link from our Stake code page (it carries the Keyturn code automatically).
- Enter your email, a username, and a password. Confirm your age — Stake.us is 21+; Stake.com is 18+ (or older where local law requires).
- Verify your email, and you're in — search a game name to start playing.
How do I get coins to play on Stake.us?+
Stake.us is free to play. You get Gold Coins (GC) just for playing, plus free Stake Cash (SC) through daily logins, social posts, and a mail-in option — no purchase necessary. You can also purchase Gold Coin packages that include SC as a free bonus, but you never have to.
How do I add funds on Stake.com?+
On Stake.com (real-money, where available), you fund your account through the Wallet — methods vary by region. Stake's own step-by-step guides walk you through it: see the Stake.com Help Center.
I'm not very tech-savvy — where's the official help?+
No problem. Stake has plain-English guides and 24/7 live chat: Stake.us Help Center and Stake.com Help Center. For Keyturn-specific questions (the code, rewards, payouts), just email support@keyturngaming.com and we'll walk you through it.
The Keyturn code & community
What is the Keyturn code and why use it?+
Signing up under our code links your account to the Keyturn crew — you show up on our monthly crew board, and our games count 2× toward Stake VIP. It costs you nothing extra.
What are SC and GC?+
SC (Stake Cash) and GC (Gold Coins) are Stake.us's virtual currencies. GC is for standard free play; SC is the sweepstakes currency. They are separate and are never the same as cash.
How do the Season Pass and giveaways work?+
The Season Pass (coming soon) is free: earn XP by checking in, watching, chatting and playing KT Originals, and unlock community perks tier by tier. XP can't be bought or turned into points or money, and rewards have no cash value. Our stream giveaways are free and open to everyone watching — no purchase, no sign-up, no code.
VIP
What is the 2× VIP progression?+
Stake-original and Stake Engine games (like ours) count roughly 2× toward Stake's VIP progress versus most third-party slots — so playing our games levels you up faster. Try the Play → level up tool to estimate it.

How do I play responsibly?+
